Albany -Darton College is celebrating its first national championship in any sport.
The Cavaliers relay team of Anderson Miller, Eric Roberts, Landon Burnett and Brian Zorn won the 400 meter medley at the National Junior College Swimming and Diving championships in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Roberts teamed with with Jason Burnette, Dustin Harrell and Nick Moore top place third in the 800 yard freestyle relay.
The NJCAA swimming and diving championships will run through Saturday.
The number one ranked Darton golf team won its second tournament of the spring schedule.
The Cavaliers two day score of 613 was good enough to win the Huntington Invitational in Montgomery, Alabama by 11 shots.
Freshman Brent Witcher (72-878 150) lost a playoff for the medalist honor but was an all-tournament selection along with Michael Gordy and Bennett Maki.
The Cavaliers won the Titan Winter Invitational last month in Melbourne, Florida. at the Huntington Invitational in Montgomery.
