Turner County - Investigators are trying to figure out what caused a South Georgia man to lose control of his car and hit and kill a D.O.T. worker Wednesday.

Thursday, members of the Special Collision Reconstruction Team were on the scene where 51-year-old Tommy Hudson was killed. He was working on the side of Highway 107 in Turner County Wednesday afternoon when he was hit by a truck driven by Demetrius Martin of Ocilla.

Investigators say Martin was traveling east when he crossed the center line, ran off the other side of the road and struck Hudson.

They're still not sure what charges Martin will face.
