Thomasville Police are looking for two men who attempted to rob a store, scaring customers and clerks.
Doerun-- It could be several days before crews reach the source of a cotton seed warehouse fire.
Crews have been moving the cotton seed trying to find the fire that is burning inside this two thousand ton of seed. The fire started earlier this year at the Doerun Gin Company and may have recently rekindled.
The superintendent says the fire may have been burning for several weeks and will be difficult to find.
"It's going to take him probably, two or three days to get to the back, but we have the firefighters on call, standby, just in case it does blaze back up," said Superintendent Ray Battles.
Battles says while the fire is unusual, they do happen from time to time.
