Albany-- Horseplay in downtown Albany this morning ended after a cab driver was thrown through the front window of an eatery.

Around 2:30 Thursday morning, two men were arguing outside of Chef Gwen's Bistro. One thing led to another, and a cab driver, who's name is reportedly Ricky Mathis was thrown through the restaurant's window.

Trevor Robinson says he saw the whole thin "All I saw was a couple of cuts on his stomach and head, and he went to bleeding pretty bad when he got out the window," said Robinson.

The victim was taken to Phoebe hospital where he was treated and released.
