Albany- Allen Golson has been with Palmyra Medical Centers for ten years.

He's leaving to become CEO of Coliseum Health Systems in Macon. Golson says it was a hard decision and he'll miss the people of Albany.

"I absolutely love these people. They're just like my family. I know all of them. I see them everyday, we interact together and I know they are some of the most caring individuals I've ever met in my twenty-something year career," says Golson.

Golson's last day at Palmyra is March 31st. No replacement has been named.
