Albany -- Albany Police are investigating a Sunday morning shooting, looking for both the gunman and the victim.

Officers were called to the Shackleford Shopping Center early Sunday morning, where a man was reported shot. Witnesses said an argument started between two men at Big Daddy's Lounge, ending with a gunshot across the street in the Shopping Center parking lot.

Sunday afternoon a Tallahassee hospital reported treating 30 year old Jamie Salters for a gunshot wound to his left hand. Lt. Tracey Barnes of the Albany Police said "The victim had an open warrant for his arrest, and knowing that he needed not to stay in this area."

Salters is wanted for a probation violation involving aggravated assault and burglary. He was treated at the Tallahassee Hospital and released.
