Albany - 30 year-old David Sanchez pled guilty to interference of custody and contributing to the unruliness of a minor yesterday. Investigators say he helped the 16-year old girl he was dating sneak out of her house in the middle of the night several times.
Sanchez was sentenced to 24 months probation and ordered to pay a $2,000 fine. He lost his police certification. Sanchez was fired from the Albany Police Department September 24th.
