Albany-- KBR is a global engineering, procurement, and services company. The company is holding interviews in Albany to fill jobs in the Middle East and Central Asia.

KBR is looking for mechanics, locksmiths, electricians, carpenters, plumbers, heavy equipment and crane operators, labor foremen, and laundry and cleaning personnel. Workers should preferably have five years experience in their field.

"They do pay well, but they're overseas, which is something people have to take into consideration when making a decision," said Norman Race of the Department of Labor.

The recruitment day is March 1 from 8:30 until 1:00, at the Labor Department on South Slappey Boulevard.

You should bring your resume, certification or licenses you hold in your field, proper indentification, and be prepared to interview. KBR also suggests stopping by the Labor Department next week to sign up online.
