Albany - The Armory is accepting items such as deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, and baby wipes. You can also donate games, books, old newspapers, and bibles to the soldiers.

Family Readiness Coordinator, Darlene Edwards says, "Anything to boost their morale, to keep their confidence up, to let them know that we are still thinking about them."

Members of the 48th Brigade are currently training at Ft. Stewart awaiting deployment to Iraq. If you would like to contribute to a care package, you can drop off items at the National Guard Armory on North Monroe.
