Bainbridge- A U.S. flag that was flown from a gun truck in Iraq sways over Grace Christian Academy in Bainbridge each day.

A former history teacher there has a brother who is serving in the Middle East. The students were so charming in their letters to him, he sent them the flag.

Director of Student Services Jon Powell says they couldn't be more thrilled. "Any flag of the United States is obviously an honor. But it's even more so when it has got a special significance being over in the war on terror," he says.

The school has three students who are in charge of raising the flag and taking it down each day. The sixth graders stress that they follow proper flag etiquette to a T.
