Albany -- Hollywood, music, and sports celebrities from all across the country will be in South Georgia fields this weekend, taking part in the 19th Annual Quail Unlimited Celebrity Hunt.

This year's Celebrity Quail Hunt will be the largest ever. 57 celebrities are expected to hunt on 54 plantations across South Georgia starting tomorrow.

Quail Unlimited President Rocky Evans said "We've got fabulous quail hunting here, unlike anywhere else in the country. But more important the people in Albany I think are the greatest in the world. Folks come down here, make new friends, and want to come back."

Quail Unlimited's goal is to raise 300 hundred thousand dollars in this year's celebrity hunt. They use the money to preserve game bird habitat.

The hunt has over a one million dollar economic impact in South Georgia.
