Crisp County-WestCast Industries is in negotiations to sell. If the business deal doesn't follow through, about 220 people could be out of a job.

Monica Simmons, President of the Crisp Cordele Chamber of Commerce explained "The chamber is hopeful and our community is hopeful that the negotiations will go well, and that it will sale and the employees that are there now will be able to keep their jobs."

WestCast Industries is located in the Crisp County Industrial Park. It makes brake parts.
