Lowndes County - A South Georgia school system and military base have teamed up to help people become better parents.

Lowndes County Schools and Moody Air Force Base are sponsoring the 4th annual Parent University this weekend. There will be all kinds of classes and workshops on how to raise healthy and successful children.

"We'll have things concerning biting behavior, A.D.D., A.D.H.D., learning disorders, and building financial stability to send your children to college," said Jennifer Hattaway, Organizer.

Parent University will be held at the Lowndes High Media Center from 8:30 until 12:30 Saturday morning. Admission is free to all Moody personnel and parents with a child in the Lowndes County School system.

Child care will be provided.
