Lowndes County - A South Georgia U. S. Airforce Airman will be front and center at the Super Bowl next weekend.

Senior Airman Chad Grubofski was selected to be part of the eight member color guard at the game. He presented the colors at a Jacksonville Jaguars game a few months ago and did such a good job, they requested him for the biggest football game of the year.

"I feel honored, not just to represent Moody but to also represent the entire Air Force in a game as big as the Super Bowl and such big detail as the Super Bowl," said Grubofski.

Senior Airman Grubofski is part of the 347th Civil Engineering Squadron at Moody Air Force Base.
