Nashville - Police are questioning a suspect in a deadly hit and run.
Twenty-five year old Aaron Lee Montoya was walking down Jefferson Street in Nashville Thursday night when he was hit by a van and killed. The driver didn't stop.
Police found the van at a house in Ray City the next night. A mirror and part of the grill were missing.
Investigators are questioning the owner, who denies driving the vehicle Thursday night. No charges have been filed.
