Fitzgerald- Twenty-one year old Lloyd Arthur Berryhill, of Fitzgerald, was already in jail on an unrelated charge when deputies served his warrant Thursday night.
Berryhill's infant son, Johnathon Peyton Berryhill, died in October. GBI agents say autopsy results show that the baby suffered massive head trauma most likely caused by being shaken.
Berryhill is being held in the Ben Hill County jail.
