Lowndes County - Investigators are looking for a man who robbed a store and assaulted the clerk and customers.
Around 1:45 Thursday morning, a masked man armed with a handgun walked into the Flash Foods Store on St. Augustine Road and demanded money. He pistol whipped the clerk and assaulted a man who was inside asking for directions.
"He got the customer and pointed the gun at them and told him to open the safe," said Captain J.D. Yeager. "When he told him that he didn't work there he threw him down on the ground and kicked him."
Another customer walked in during the robbery and was shoved to the ground. No one was seriously injured.
The suspect is black and was wearing a white tank top and black pants.
