Albany- Police say thirty year old Fanoris Jackson kicked out the window of a patrol car and took off running naked down the bypass.
Officers chased him down and took him to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. They initially picked up Jackson at a Johnson Road mobile home park after receiving calls that he was walking around naked.
Officers say Jackson is schizophrenic and didn't take his medication.
