Albany - An eight year-old is seriously injured in an all terrain vehicle crash. Friday afternoon, Tyler Waller was driving a Polaris Ranger on Cypress Pond Plantation on Old Pretoria Road. He hit a hole, lost control, and drove into a tree.

Waller was taken to Phoebe Putney with critical injuries and later airlifted to an Atlanta hospital.

At least 20 south Georgia children were killed or hurt in ATV accidents in the last two years.
