Albany - Police have now charged a man with stealing a safe from a popular Albany restaurant.
Twenty-four-year-old Courtney Jackson is accused of knocking through the drive-in window and wall at Pearly's and hauling off a 700-pound last week.
The safe was found at Jackson's Albany business, One Way Records, when investigators picked him up on an unrelated murder charge.
Jackson was indicted last week for shooting and killing Raymond Smith in 1999 during a robbery.
Two other suspects are wanted in the Pearly's burglary, Timothy Jackson and Mike McGhee.
If you know their whereabouts call the Albany Police Department.
