Man shot and stabbed in Christmas bar brawl

December 27, 2004

Albany -- An Albany man is in critical condition after being shot and stabbed 5 times in a Christmas night bar brawl.

Investigators say Club Insomnia on Dawson Road was packed with people about 2:30 Sunday morning when what they described as a huge bar fight started on the dance floor.

It spilled into the sitting area, and then out into the parking lot where 28-year-old Natronza Johnson was shot in the groin, and stabbed five times in the back.

He told Police that a man wearing a blue shirt and a hat shot him with a chrome plated .38 revolver.

22-year-old Rodrevious Jessie was also stabbed in the arm. He required stitches but was not hospitalized.

No arrests have been made.
