Albany - A teenager accused of raping a girl at his high school is out on bond. 17 year old Haryl Dabney was released from jail on Christmas Eve on a $10,000 bond. Dabney and 17 year old Ronald Wallace are accused of forcing a 15-year-old student into the Westover High auditorium on December 16th and raping her. Wallace was denied bond and remains in the Dougherty county jail.
