Albany- The city's Riverfront Park is bustling with holiday activity.

Friday night, visitors had a choice of activities at the park, ice skating or movie watching. Shrek 2 was shown on a big screen by the river as people packed into the rink.

"We came out for all the festivities and everything," said Doug Smith, who was there with his wife and four daughters. "Something family oriented to do. So, just to be with the family."

Movies will also play at the park this Saturday and Sunday night at about six o'clock. Everything at the park is free.
