Albany- As you celebrate at holiday parties, it's especially important this time of year to remember not to drink and drive.

Friday night, the family and friends of Kristy Tullis held a vigil for her and her unborn son Alex Vazquez.

The 19-year-old and her unborn baby died in September when an accused drunk driver hit her SUV at the intersection of Palmyra Road and Schley Avenue. Her loved ones want you to know the dangers of drinking and driving.

"We will not tolerate drunken drivers, and it does not matter whether you are rich or prominent within the town and we just want to let everyone know that justice shall be done," Sherline Williams, Tullis' aunt.

The family opened a fund at SunTrust Bank for Tullis' 2-year-old son Julian who is now being raised by his grandparents.
