Albany- Men working on a new apartment complex on Westover Boulevard continued their work just like it was any other day. They say although the work stayed the same, the bone chilling weather had them feeling a little different this morning..

"below zero. That's how it felt this morning, like ice. Everywhere you went there was ice. My tractor had ice, but the more I got in the groove of working, the more I warmed up," said worker Michael Chandler.

Chandler also says thinking about his kids and the holidays helps him deal with the cold.
