Columbus - Monroe quarterback Terrance Ransom is one of eight players from our area who will be playing in next week's GACA All-Star football game in Columbus.
Ransom will lead a South offense that also has Bainbridge lineman Gage Crews, Ware County receiver Cedric Jones and Mitchell-Baker's Tremayel Jones who will play receiver.
Westover cornerback Aairon Savage and Early County linebacker Dan Foster are two standouts on the South defense along linemen Rodney Milsaps of Fitzgerald and Lowndes' William Wright and Crisp County linebackerJamal Jackson.
Mitchell-Baker head coach Elliott Walker is an assistant coach on the South team.
The GACA All-Star football game is December 21st in Columbus.
