Valdosta - A south Georgia doctor accused of beating his wife and daughter is out of jail tonight.
Dr. Jason Cox posted a $100,000 bond in Lowndes County.
He's charged with aggravated battery against his wife that took place June 20th at his former Valdosta residence.
Those charges were filed after Cox was charged with beating his 2-year old daughter in Adel.
As a condition of his bond, he can't have any contact with his wife and three children.
