Albany-- A fantasy five lottery ticket buyer won big in Albany. The winning ticket was bought on November 20th at the Mini-Mart on Stuart Avenue.

The unknown person won more than $380,000. A year ago at the same store a customer won $250,000 on a scratch off ticket.

Store owner Manu Patel has owned the store for two years, meaning he has had a big winner every year under his management.
