Albany- Senator Saxby Chambliss says Iraqis aren't yet comfortable that Hussein won't come back, even though he's been in custody for a year now.

The senator says Iraqis will have a better view of what freedom is like when the former dictator goes on trial for his wrongdoing.

"We need to have him prosecuted. We need to see him meet the sort of justice that he dealt out to a number of Iraqis as well as other people around the world, so hopefully it's going to happen sooner rather than later," says Chambliss.

Chambliss says it will be up to the Iraqi people to set the date for Hussein's trial.
