Albany - The man who caused a deadly wreck in Albany about two weeks ago is now charged with 2nd degree vehicular homicide. The wreck happened November 28th at the intersection of South Mock Road and Rosebrier.
35 year-old Emmanuel Frazier, of Macon, ran a red light in his Dodge Durango and slammed into a Nissan Frontier pick-up truck. The truck driver, 45 year-old Eugene Grant, Junior of Albany crawled from the wreck seriously hurt, but his passenger 45 year-old Rosalyn Powell was killed.
No one in Frazier's SUV was hurt. Police charged Frazier with running a red light and vehicular homicide in the second degree which is a misdemeanor.
