Albany- Thursday night, an Albany father is in police custody accused of shooting his own son.
Police aren't releasing names yet, but they say a man shot his 16-year old son once in the abdomen tonight around 9:30 p.m.
Apparently, the two argued in their home on Faith Street in south Albany before the shooting. Police said the teenager underwent surgery Thursday night.
