Albany - A popular south Albany business will change hands, if city commissioners give the o-kay.

Milton "June Bug" Griffin is retiring and selling June Bug's Plaza. Tuesday, city commissioners discussed the hand-over of the gas station of other businesses in the plaza.

Griffin got a small and disadvantage business loan from the city after the flood to rebuild. Griffin will pay back about $322,000, and the new owner Gaurang Parikh will take on the loan balance of about $152,000. Commissioners made no decision today.
