Albany- The Storehouse of World Vision has collected toys, games, and clothes for a little over a week.
With the help of more than 40 partners the organization will distribute the items to nearly 4-thousand families.
"We give away thousands of dollars worth of goods during the holiday. Possibly a family would receive up to $1,000 worth of donated items," says executive director Margaret Taylor.
World Vision provides assistance to more than one hundred million people in 100 countries around the world.
