Albany -- 16 corporate guests will be in South Georgia later this week for the 17th annual Fall Feather Hunt. They'll enjoy southern hospitality and bird hunting on four plantations around Albany.

The annual event, sponsored by the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, is designed to bring new and expanding business to the state.

Hunt Chairman Paul DeLoach said "It's all about economic development, it's all about jobs. It's all about the state of Georgia."

In 2003, six companies that took part in the Fall Feather Hunt announced plans to open operations in Georgia.
