Tifton- Downtown Tifton merchants are holding a Holiday Open House. Tuesday night businesses will have help ring in the Christmas season by having a special after-Thanksgiving sale and holiday celebration.

"The merchants are actually going to give the customers that come in free refreshments. We're going to have things like hot chocolate, cookies, just things to bring in the Christmas spirit," says Lequrica Gaskins.

There will also be entertainment downtown all night provided by carolers and dance groups. The celebration began at 5 PM and will last until 8 PM Tuesday night.
