Thomas County - Investigators are looking for 24 year old Brad Pilkinton of Thomas County. They say he and another man, Bo Watkins, inappropriately touched the teen while she was intoxicated.

Thomas County Investigator Lt. Tim Watkins says, "They had borrowed a friend of their's limousine and this juvenile came over, and they got her into the back of the limousine, gave her alcohol, and then did inappropriate touching with the juvenile."

Investigators believe say Pilkinton works out of town, but was supposed to turn himself over to authorities by this morning. Both men will be charged with child molestation.
