Albany- The Georgia Supreme Court today upheld the convictions of three south Georgia murderers.

Justices denied an appeal from Curtis Morris, convicted of killing Patricia Cauley the day after Christmas in 1991.

They also upheld the conviction of Eugene Folson for the beating death of his 2-year old stepson four years ago in Tifton. And the conviction of Michael Lassic.

He was convicted of beating Sonya Cleveland to death in her Albany home during robbery in April 2001.
