Valdosta - A South Georgia man is behind bars for breaking into a home and robbing the resident at gunpoint.

Police say 22-year-old Gordon McNair of Valdosta robbed a man at his Wedgewood Drive apartment early Sunday morning. The man was in the shower and walked out to find two men in his home. One of the men pointed a handgun at him and took his cell phone and a large amount of cash.

McNair was found just a short while later hiding in a nearby home. He's charged with armed robbery and burglary.

Police are still looking for the second suspect.
