Miller County -- A Donalsonville man remains in serious condition Sunday after a head-on collision that left another man dead.
31 year-old Robert Hinton is being treated for skull fractures and broken bones at Phoebe Putney tonight. Friday night, 77 year-old Ruben Jones was driving down Highway 45 near Colquitt in Miller County.
Jones truck crossed the center lane and slammed into Hinton's truck. Jones was killed instantly. Investigators told Hinton's family that Jones may have suffered a heart attack, but that hasn't been confirmed by an autopsy.
