Moultrie - A carnival worker at the Magnolia Ball Complex in Moultrie is accused of foundling an eight-year-old visitor.

Forty-six-year-old Dale Anthony Colavecchia of Huntsville, Alabama, is charged with child molestation and concealing a weapon, a knife.

The eight-year-old was at the fair 10 o'clock Saturday night and told her mother that Colavecchia groped her between the legs while buckling her in.

Investigators say the seat belt goes horizontal under the arms and is buckled on the side, not the bottom.

Colavecchia was denied bond on the child molestation charge.
