Albany -- If you want to cast an absentee for the November 23rd runoff, you need to make your request now.
Absentee voters will begin casting their votes Friday. Early voting for the runoff begins Monday.
Statewide, voters will decide the winner in a close race between Debra Bernes and Howard Mead for a seat on the state Court of Appeals.
