Meigs - Police say 38 year old Felicia Lofton of Kissimmee, Florida was speeding north on Church Street in Meigs last night. She clipped a utility pole and crashed into this abandoned building. Lofton was taken to Archbold Memorial Hospital were she remains in critical condition.
Her two month old granddaughter, who was not properly restrained, was thrown from the back seat into the front of the car, fracturing her skull. She is also in critical condition. Charges are pending against Lofton.
