Bainbridge-- The owners of two South Georgia payday loan companies are accused of overcharging their clients. Four loan companies in Bainbridge were warned to close or face criminal charges.

"Of those four, two took us up on our offer, the other two decided to fight it, so, this week in Grand Jury, specifically yesterday, we indicted those two for RICO violations, approximately 50 counts on each one," said District Attorney-Elect Joe Mulholland.

He says the loans companies, Money Now and First Cash Title Pawn, were charging too much interest on loans.
