Albany -- Darton College students get to sample foods and experience lifestyles from around the world.

The International Festival allows the 68 foreign Darton students from 34 countries, to educate Americans about their homeland.

The students especially liked the food from the other countries. Darton International Student Coordinator Aya Ogawa said "They have so much to share with American students on campus, but they did not have any opportunity before. I thought this is a great opportunity for the international folks to share their cultures."

Students also performed demonstrations of international life, like a African Makossa dance.

The festival also provides Darton College students information on foreign study programs.
