Albany-- Albany Tech students are ready to put their new degrees to work for them.

Many passed out their resumes to dozens of companies at Albany Technical College's annual career fair.

Criminal Justice student David Nix dropped out of school in the 1960's. Nearly forty years later, he is ready to graduate and hoping to find a job, "They are not just looking at young people they are looking at people who want to work, have the right attitude, and have a positive motivation to come out here looking for a job."

About half of the businesses at the fair are hiring and many students have found jobs at the career fair in the past.
