Worth County- 15 year old Joshua Smith, an 8th grader, was killed when he was thrown out of an SUV on Highway 313.
Troopers haven't released much information yet, but they say the SUV was headed south around 3:30 Sunday afternoon when the driver left the roadway and slammed into a tree.
The other three passengers were injured and transported to the hospital.
