Stanley Lee Rush, 45, of Salt Lake City, UT, formerly of Albany, died Friday, October22. His remains will be cremated and a service will be held at a later date.
A native of Memphis, TN, he had lived in Albany since 1967. He attended Dougherty High School and graduated from Albany Technical School with a HVAC degree. He was employed with Southeastern Mechanical Services of High Point, NC, and was stationed in Salt Lake City.
Survivors include his parents, Charlie D. and Nell Mizzelle Rush, Albany; a brother, Charles Alvin Rush, Saucier, MS; a sister, Stacy Rush, Albany; 2 nephews: David Ostrander and Stephen Ostrander, both of Albany; 5 aunts: Maxine Belk and her husband Johnny, Albany, Alva Mizzelle Williams and her husband Larry, Jacksonville, NC, Barbara Burnelli, Loraine Fuson, both of Tucson, AZ, Debbie Barber, Virginia Beach, VA; an uncle, Paul Rush, Tucson, AZ.
