Albany- You may not can tell, but there's a beast somewhere on that ice.

Disney on Ice performers wouldn't tell you who they play in the show as they warmed up for Beauty and the Beast because it could ruin the magic for the most important people in the crowd.

"I wanted to come see it live, because I've never seen it before and I bet it's going to be a cool experience," said 8-year-old Betsy Booth.

And an icy one too. Performers hit the rink with the romantic tale beginning with the prince.

"Little kids will love all the characters and the colors and the costumes and the music," said skater Neal Countryman.  "The adults, I think, will really appreciate the love story and how beautiful everything comes together. It's world-class skating. It's a great show. It's for everyone."

And everyone had a certain character in mind that they wanted to see.

"I like Belle," said Kathlyn Beall.

"Because I wanted to see Beauty," said Laura Lee Murphy.

"Because I like the Beast," said Bryant Beall.

But to really see the Beast, you've got to go to the show.
