Albany - A five vehicle pile up in Albany sends at least one man to the hospital. The wreck happened around 5:00PM on North Slappey near 7th Avenue.

A woman driving a Dodge Intrepid slammed on breaks causing a chain reaction collision. One driver was taken to the hospital, but the extent of his injuries is unknown. Witnesses say another driver was knocked unconscious, but he refused medical treatment.

Charges are pending against the woman who caused the pile-up.
