Albany - Albany Tomorrow is suing an architectural firm for shoddy work on the Flint Riverquarium. ATI members voted to file a lawsuit against Tampa firm, RBK Architect. The firm produced the design drawing and oversaw construction of the project.

The suit claims RBK made errors and omissions that delayed the opening of the Riverquarium and the Adventure Center and upped the cost of the project.

One mistake - the ceiling in the Imagination Theater wasn't built high enough to hold the I-Werks screen.

ATI wants compensation for repairs and lost revenue because of the delays.
